Technical Web Producer

Drive the site migrating project of DTC and Marketing sites from the current legacy platforms and moving them over to a new singular CMS and eCommerce platform. The Web Producer will be responsible in providing leadership and project managements to coordinate between the various working groups to ensure that all digital assets are cataloged and ready for implementation on a framework. 

The web producer will coordinate between UX, Digital Marketing, Demand Creation and Platform Development teams to conduct site audits, to include SEO URL audits, site taxonomy, product collections, active promotions, collection of all image assets, various interactive media, marketing and editorial content, identify all trigger emails, all user account data including order history and profiles. The web producer will continuously log all assets and data into a central reparatory accessible to developers and designers to ensure timely delivery of each site launch. 

The web producer will provide regular status updates on the project, drive the overall site conversation plan and ensure that there are no pending blockers. In addition, this position will support the creation of templates and content within CMS, and provide UAT to ensure all content and assets were properly integrated into the new site templates. 

Qualifications: 
Experience working on multiple digital web, mobile and eCommerce projects 
Experience working with Confluence, JIRA, Trello, InVision, Excel and PowerPoint 
Experience with files from Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign 
Experience managing assets in DAM systems like Scene7 and/or Dash is plus 
Experience setting up templates and managing assets in Drupal CMS 
Experience managing the creation of assets for responsive site frameworks 
Familiar with web accessibility standards (ADA) 
Understanding of HTML, CSS and other related web technologies 
A bachelor' s degree in Marketing, Project Management, Information Technology
