Looking for an experienced Technical Sales Engineer/Engagement Manager who is interested in helping their clients and prospects envision and design next generation customer engagement solutions. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who is innovative and comfortable presenting and brainstorming solutions with prospective clients. Working on a small team in a fast-paced environment your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and present both our product solutions as well as custom demonstrations that are envisioned with clients to transform their customer experience.

Technical Sales Engineer/Engagement Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with business and technical teams at our prospects
  • Developing unique, compelling and exciting presentations and demonstrations of public cloud partner solutions
  • Delivering persuasive, passionate, high impact, high quality presentations to current and prospective clients
  • Steer complex projects with significant bottom-line impact
  • Owning key technical relationships and driving the ultimate success of prospect projects. You will be the face of the company with key clients and drive discussions with senior technical leaders in those organizations.
  • Be able to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges to drive input.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills as well as the technical background to fluently interact and provide guidance and information to software developers and architects.

Qualifications:
  • Solid experience with public cloud-based environments (preferably AWS or GCP) as well as a strong background in communicating with prospects and clients.
  • Web and api development experience as well as experience with delivering solution demonstrations.
  • 4+ years of web, api, software or digital experience in a technical role.
  • 4+ years of experience in the design, coding and implementation of complex software systems
  • 4+ years working in a customer experience related field
  • Experience with two or more development languages such as Javascript (NodeJS), C#, Java, or Python
  • A technical undergraduate degree in computer science, MIS, engineering or related disciplines
  • Experience in supporting sales processes
