Scrum Master

Scrum Master Responsibilities:
  • Support and maintain Scrum Team ensuring all needed resources are aligned and available for Scrum activities and project/product development
  • Act as Scrum of Scrums to  lead and facilitate communication, coordination, impact analysis of changes across cross-functional teams
  • Facilitate Agile Ceremonies (sprint planning, stand ups, retrospectives,  backlog grooming, demo) effectively, on cadence and with tangible output, while ensuring full team participation
  • Take ownership of Scrum Team deliverables commitment each sprint, enabling  team to self-organize and effectively and consistently estimate and deliver
  • Identify team efficiency improvement opportunities
  • Act as motivator, advocate and innovative change leader
  • Effectively communicate product  development progress; Identify and remove progress  impediments
  • Work Product Owners to ensure backlog is constantly being groomed and prioritized

Business Analysis  Responsibilities:
  • Investigate processes, technology, cost, and strategy while identifying options for improving and bridging the needs of the business with the use of information systems and technology
  • Analyze and document technology needs of clients to help identify problems and propose solutions
  • Act as liaison to business units, stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers
  • Review and approve detailed design documents,  unit test review documents and  system test documents
  • Assist with developing UAT test cases and ensure that they are properly documented
  • Oversee test results of UAT and work with the business regarding any issues that surface
  • Coordinate directly with project team to  plan and schedule implementations
  • Work with PM to create and maintain project documents
  • Participate in the release of completed work items into production
