Contact Center Admin

Role: Primarily to support our client' s Cisco Contact Center environment and secondarily to support our overall Cisco telecom infrastructure.

Technical Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Cisco Contact Centers
  • Cisco Enterprise Contact Center (UCCE or PCCE)
  • Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM)
